This form uses standard HTTPS encryption. Information you submit can be accessed by our web service providers. For sensitive or confidential information, please use Signal instead.

Signal is an end-to-end encrypted messaging app. Your messages cannot be read by anyone except you and our team. No metadata about your communication is retained.
Use Signal for:
Sensitive allegations or evidence
Documents, photos, or recordings that need protection
Tips for using Signal securely:
You can set messages to disappear after a set time period
Consider using Signal from a device that isn't connected to your workplace network
You don't need to provide your name unless you choose to
