Cohere's security commitments include regular access reviews of team members who have access to sensitive production systems. Before May 24, 2024, this commitment was "quarterly." However, after this, it was quietly changed to "periodic." It's not clear if the frequency has lengthened between access reviews, but this would be one explanation for the change.
