On November 21, Cohere released a complete rewrite of its usage policies. The spirit of the new document is similar — but notable changes include a broader ban on "high-risk activities" that could be reasonably expected to cause harm, and a stronger commitment to proactively report CSAM when detected. The new policy also introduces a specific ban on illegal surveillance and biometric data harvesting.

The current policy can be found here.
